Salute Records is a swedish underground based label. And is a true supporter of the true underground in metal, mostly extreme metal as black metal, goth, death metal, pagan metal, grindcore and also doom metal! But all kinds of metal forms are welcomed here! The label was founded back in december 2007 as a way of a fun project only! As it all begun with the first release "Black Pagan Death Salute Vol.1", a compilation with 12 bands from 10 different countries it has grown!! Today in 2009 the label has also got a lot for distribution also. And pins/buttons with bands at the label have also been made under the short time of existence. Plans for the future is also to made limited quantities of band T-shirts and also music dvd´s! But as the lack of money the plans is still waiting to be reality! During the short period for the label we also have got great help from Dark Elf in Russia. He was the one who remastered the Banaspati album! And he will probably be in help for more coming works also.
